• Oregon third baseman Ryan Hambright won MVP honors of the Eugene Regional with a .636 batting average during the tournament.
• Joel Gunderson @FishDuck.com believes Arik Armstead has a chance to change Oregon football forever.
Armstead’s time is now. Offensive skill players are flocking to Eugene at a record rate, and there seems to be no sign of Oregon’s ability to recruit elite athletes slowing down. Armstead has been the lone missing piece in achieving the ultimate goal, an overpowering defensive line. A dominating career by the baby-faced defensive end could make it cool for game-changing D-line prospects to come to Oregon.
GO DUCKS!
